I am writing this to tell you what a superb job your landscaping crew did on the area around my condominium.
They spent a week, from 7 AM to 7 PM, working hard every day to plant many trees and lay sod. The crew looked polished and businesslike every day. They were friendly, industrious, organized, and conscientious about doing a good job and doing the job correctly. Whenever I had a concern, they did all they could to accommodate what I wanted; if one worker couldn’t help, he got someone who could.
I have never seen a crew like this in any neighborhood or working on a business site or as a road crew. They looked and acted professional.
I would highly recommend United Lawnscape to anyone.
They are the best contractors I have ever worked with…I wish all of my contractors were as dependable honest, and loyal as them.
I want you to know what a tremendous job your team did for us after our blizzard. I awoke to one of your men climbing out or his truck in chest deep snow only to have my entire property walks and all cleaned up literally 3 hours later. I have never seen such customer service and dedication. Please let all of your Chicago crew know that we are all so appreciative. You guys are the best! Thank you so much!
Dear John and Staff: I wanted you to know how satisfied the residents of our complex were with the lawn cutting and shrub trimming. I have many compliments regarding both of the services you rendered. I also had compliments on the fall clean up. I personally was impressed with the lack of weeds in the common areas and in the shrub beds in front of the units. It was such a relief to know our residents were pleased with your workman and their services. I want to convey my appreciation and compliment you and your crew for the great effort in making our complex a pleasant sight this past summer. The board members and residents are looking forward to another great season.
I was home sick today and had the opportunity to watch your crew in action. Please tell them how much we appreciate them taking such extra care not to blow grass clippings into our mulched areas. I see how difficult it is for them to avoid doing so. While some grass clippings did get into the mulch around the trees, before they left they used the blower, on low, to blow the grass clippings out of the mulch.
Now that we’ve had some rain and the lawn isn’t all burned up, our grounds look absolutely beautiful after your crew leaves! Please make certain to thank them for taking extra care with our mulched areas and let them know what a beautiful job they’re doing!
Thanks for your help.
I am a resident of the townhomes in Nottinghill Village in Shelby Township. I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your service this season. The crews that worked in our development were fabulous. I particularly remember the first BIG snow we got. I had parked sideways in front of my garage as I can’t yet park in my garage. What I noticed when I went to my car the next day was that someone from your crew had actually hand shoveled all the snow for me between my sideways parked car and the actual garage door. To me that was going above and beyond and I certainly appreciated the thoughtfulness. Thanks so much!”- Sonja Thayer”I have been the president of Aberdeen Village Condominiums for the past year and I wanted you to know my opinion of Jeremy Harmon and of your company United. To put it short, it has been a great experience. Jeremy is always available and helpful whenever I have a question. He follows up with me to make sure we are happy, just out of the blue sometimes. He is an employee that every business owner looks for and hopes to find. As a business owner myself, I value feedback from my customers very much. That’s why I wanted to take a couple of minutes to say thank your the quality service your company provides and the professional that is Jeremy Harmon.”
Thank you again for a job well done. The transformation of my mother’s yard is personally uplifting to me…She is very pleased with the work you did and with the quality of workers employed by you…
I’ve done a lot of development in Shelby Township and Macomb County and I’ve used them for a majority of my landscaping. I think the key to their success is they’re very conscientious. You don’t find a lot of young guys like that…
John, my name is Randy French and I work in the Land Development Department within the Detroit Division of Centex Homes. One of my job responsibilities is to design and install the landscaping for all common areas and entrance ways for the Centex Developments in our division. It was my understanding United Lawnscape has recently opened up a Florida office in the Napels area and would like to discuss doing work For Centex in your area. A company brochure and contact information was left in your office for your review. Over the past year United Lawnscape has stepped-up to the plate to become our No. 1 landscape contractor for our Detroit Division. There price, quality, service and follow-through on projects is among the best. Please accept this letter as a recommendation for doing projects in your area, feel free to call me if you have any questions.
